Tickets and Support
We strongly suggest you contact support using our ticketing system. The page can be easily reached either from the envelope icon on the top right or the pull down menu under the user name.
Click on Create Ticket button to create a new ticket and make sure to elaborate as much as possible. We strongly suggest that you add a screen capture of your issue for faster resolution.
To see the correspondence of your ticket you can press the + button near the relevant one to expand. You can change any ticket to “resolved” if you feel that the item is no longer relevant.
