Rewards – Events
In the previous articles we’ve shown how to add Menu Items Rewards and Points Rewards. Now after having them set, we’re ready to define Events.
With the Events, we determine when the customer is able to get the rewards we have.
And this is how it goes. Would we like to offer a new customer free 10 Points after he subscribe to our Loyalty system?
Click Loyalty->Rewards on the left menu, then go to the 3rd tab “Events”.
Choose type: Subscribe – That means the reward will be give automatically on subscribe. Then choosing the reward itself: “10 Points”, and set it to be Active.
Note that the “Loyalty” switch on top has to be on for the loyalty system to be available for customers.
